A family business, built brick by brick
Hall Estates Ltd was established in St Helens in 2002 and has since become a cornerstone of the private rental sector in the North West. Today we're based in Ormskirk, where our focus is premium accommodation for students at Edge Hill University.
Our portfolio spans modern, contemporary homes — from two-bedroom apartments to a spacious ten-bedroom purpose-built HMO — alongside a select group of small retail units that support independent local business.
Because we own and manage everything ourselves, our tenants deal with people who genuinely care how the property is kept — throughout the tenancy, not just at sign-up.
